'Serve Up' Learning & Development

Coles Liquor comprises some of Australia’s most popular liquor stores including First Choice Liquor, Vintage Cellars and Liquorland. Only 5% of their extremely mixed employee base was completing their product training modules.

 

The Thinking

Create a bespoke, mobile first learning platform and use it to re-invent the learning experience. Introduce SMS video to drive staff to the site and use humorous content, an irreverent tone and strategic rewards to drive cut-through.

 

The result:

  • 90% completion rate for the
    first 3 modules.

  • A strong positive correlation in customer satisfaction since launch.

  • Average session times of over
    9 minutes on the platform.
