‘No Agro’ Campaign
As the first company of it’s kind in Australia, Sell My Car has invested in educating consumers about their service. It was our job to develop a campaign that had cut-through and longevity to help differentiate them from copycat competitors.
The Thinking
Using the right ambassador can deliver memorable brand awareness, quickly. Given the average age of most people using the service, nostalgia was also likely to be an appealing approach, and the process of selling your car is frustrating and kind of makes you, well, Agro.
The Results
- 2 weeks after launch all locations were fully booked, media needed to be dialled back to cope with the demand.
- Agro could be leveraged throughout the sales funnel by sending an SMS video reminder to customers who made an appointment. This reduced the rate of no shows.
- Overall vehicle purchases increased by 35%
